SOUTHERN CAKES only writes about Western cakes but there are thousands of them to be found on the list. Every Southerner knows how to make cakes and this tradition has been passed down from generation to generation. Southerners like to share their recipes with others. SOUTHERN CAKES is a present from Southern writers and a group of Saigoners who traveled through thirteen provinces of the Mekon delta in December 2015. The book came out during the hustle of a long journey to write about Southern Vietnamese cuisine. We hope that Vietnamese food will be treasured and renowned in the world.
