O-SHAPED CAKE

Shape like the letter O, without filling, the ingredients for this cake is the same as Orange-liked cake: glutinous rice flour, rice flour, sweet potato, baking powder, sugar, and salt. After kneaded, the dough is divided into long strains and make into circles and fried. Covered in simmered sugar and toasted sesame seeds. The cake is very crispy and full of childhood memories.
