SWEETENED ROLL CAKE

This is a type of cake that is made from coconut rice paper when wet. The secret to it lies in the process of making the rice paper clear and chewy, allowing it to get attention. The maker usually use a bit of coconut milk, pandan leaves, magenta leaves, or beets, to give it the color white, green, yellow, purple. Putting in cooked mung bean and shave coconut then roll into long sticks, can be cut in half if prefer. It can be eaten hot or cooled when eaten with sesame salt or peanut salt.
