ALMOND CAKES (BEAN FLOUR CAKES)
Almond nuts are good for pregnant women and children; they protect the body from cancer cells and headache relief … Ingredients are wheat flour, sugar, almond powder, cooking oil, almonds , chicken eggs, baking soda, and salt. Mix well egg yolk with flour, almond flour, sugar, oil, and butter until the dough is soft and smooth. Put the dough onto a baking tray. Mix almonds with egg white to keep the seeds from falling off after baking. Top the almond on the cakes and bake them for 10 to 15 minutes at 170oC – 180oC. Finally we will delicious soft muffins with sweet almond flavor. It is best to enjoy with a cup of hot tea. However, due to today’s almond high price, they have been replaced by peanuts. Still the name remains unchanged.
