FLOWER CAKES

This is one of the simple-to-make cakes with very common ingredients. Mix flour, rice flour, sugar, salt together, then mix them with the mixture of coconut milk and chicken eggs. Next, add some water and then knead the mixture until it is smooth. Finally, leave the dough about 20 minutes for resting. The cake mold is made of metal, with long handle attached to the mold (there are a lot of types of patterns to choose). Dip the mold into a pan of boiling oil for 2 minutes, then dip it into the dough. Do not let the dough overwhelm the mold; otherwise, the cake will stick to the mold and is not in a beautiful shape. When the cake turns into brown yellow, gently shake the cake off the mold. Use chopsticks to turn the cake over for even cooked, then put it into plate with oil-padded paper. You will have crispy beautiful-shaped cakes. The best way to enjoy it is to serve with ice-cream or chocolate, or to eat it hot. To each of us, embedded cakes are part of childhood memories.
