CHAM’S CUPCAKES
The ingredients include wheat flour, duck egg, and palm sugar. This is a famous signature dish of Thất Sơn and An Giang. This is similar to the cupcakes of the Kinh people but differ in shape. It is round and a little pointy in the middle. It is crispy on the outside, airy on the inside with a slight sweetness and fatty.
