ĐIN PÀ GÒN CAKE

It is a cake of Cham people in An Giang, made from sticky rice, coconut milk, stuffed in fresh bamboo pipes, and cooked directly over big fire (slightly similar to “Cơm Lam” cooking method in the North-Western mountainous areas). For serving, bamboo pipes are split, cakes are cut into rings like glutinous rice cakes, and the taste is unique.
