TRÀ CUÔN’S TÉT CAKE WITH BANANA FILLING
Stir fry young rice with coconut milk and chopped scallion. Choose overly ripe sweet banana that almost go bad. Cut the cake into small round slices, the edge is green from the young rice and the white of coconut. The red of the banana is surrounded by young rice. The taste is soft and chewy, fatty, and sweet.
