YEAST COOKIES
These cookies come in small round shape, with blue, white, and pink colors. A child would be delighted to feel a soft small cookie melts right on the tip of his tongue, and to feel the sweet aroma of a baked cookie and the sweet fatty taste of coconut milk. Mix the tapioca starch, rice flour and baking soda into the brass, dissolve the sugar with coconut milk, and then slowly add to the flour mixture. Knead the dough until it is smooth and no longer stick. Leave the dough to rest for 2 to 3 hours. Then knead again and rest it for another 30 minutes. Next, the dough is cut and rolled into small balls and put on a baking tray. Set the oven at 160 degrees, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Baked cookies should be cool down to eat and contained in a sealed jar for long-term preservation.
